As this is a made to measure pattern, meterage will vary greatly depending on the yarn you use and the size you make your top, but here are rough meterage estimates based on sizing up my DK sample:
XS - 275m, S - 315m, M - 345m, L - 405m, XL - 440m, 2X - 515m, 3X - 595m, 4X - 645m, 5X - 660m.
